Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and implement social media strategies, including building editorial calendars, creating, and editing content (text, image, and video).
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments, engage with followers, and maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, likes, and shares, and use these insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration & Trends: Work with marketing teams to align social media with broader marketing initiatives, and stay updated on social media trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven work experience (usually 3–5 years) in social media marketing or digital media.
Writing & Creativity: Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
- Multimedia Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design programs like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) is often required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
