We are hiring a real **disposition operator** to help sell a Texas single family rental portfolio.
This is **not** a VA role.
This is **not** a transaction coordinator role.
This is **not** a generic lead gen role.
We need someone who can **own this from start to close**. That means positioning the deals properly, getting them in front of the right buyers fast, driving serious conversations, staying on follow up, helping push toward offers, and keeping
We are looking for someone who is **aggressive, resourceful, organized, and highly execution focused**.
### Portfolio
We own a portfolio of about **20 single family homes** in the **Texarkana, Wake Village, and Nash, Texas** area.
The portfolio includes a mix of:
- occupied cash flowing properties
- vacant move in ready properties
- vacant properties needing some repairs or final work
We are open to selling:
- individual properties
- small groups
- larger bundles
- or the full portfolio
We do not care about forcing one structure. We care about getting in front of the right buyers and creating real deal
We are open to marketing nationwide to:
- investors
- landlords
- brokers
- 1031 exchange buyers
- portfolio buyers
- out of state buyers
We may also be open to helping with management transition where useful.
### What matters most
We want someone who can **start outreach immediately**, ideally on day one or within the first couple of days.
Strong preference for candidates who already have:
- access to InvestorLift
- an existing buyer database
- active investor or broker relationships
- access to
- systems, tools, or infrastructure that allow immediate execution
We are **not** looking for someone who needs to spend the first week mostly building lists, researching, or warming up.

- moving deals toward contract and closing
- clear reporting and next steps
### Ideal fit
You should already have real experience with:
- dispositions
- investor outreach
- buyer sourcing
- broker outreach
- follow up systems
- negotiation support
- getting deals toward offers and contracts
Strong preference for someone with:
- hands on InvestorLift experience
- real buyer relationships or an active buyer list
- SFR portfolio experience

### Compensation
This role includes **base pay plus deal based compensation**.
If you know how to create real buyer activity and help get deals closed, there is upside here.
