Digital Marketing Specialist – Reddit & B2B Social Media (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About Us

We're a UK based digital marketing agency ---------- - working with a portfolio of B2B clients. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow brand visibility through Reddit and LinkedIn, two channels that, when done right, drive serious traffic and high-quality leads.

This role is hands-on. You'll be writing, posting, engaging, and reporting daily on behalf of our agency and our clients.

What You'll Do

Reddit Marketing (Primary Focus)

Plan and execute Reddit posting strategies for our agency and our clients
Write authentic, value-first Reddit posts and comments that include natural backlinks and brand mentions (no spammy promotion, Reddit will eat you alive for that)
Identify the right subreddits for each client's niche, study their rules, and build posting plans that respect each community
Grow and warm up Reddit accounts to maintain karma and posting credibility
Monitor brand mentions and jump into relevant threads with helpful, on-brand replies
Use ---------- ( ---------- ) as your main tool to assist with research, posting, and tracking. The platform is new, so you'll need to be comfortable learning it as you go and giving us feedback on what works

B2B Social Media (LinkedIn Focus)

Manage and grow ---------- pany pages and personal/founder profiles for clients
Write LinkedIn posts, carousels, and short-form thought leadership content tailored to B2B audiences
Engage with target accounts, comment on relevant posts, and help build inbound visibility
Schedule content using LinkedIn's native scheduler or third-party tools
Track post performance and report on impressions, engagement, and follower growth

Reporting & Communication

Create monthly client reports summarising activity, performance, and key wins across Reddit and LinkedIn
Submit weekly internal updates on progress and learnings
Communicate proactively with the team via WhatsApp and attend check-ins on Google Meet
Suggest new ideas, we love people who experiment

Who We're Looking For

1+ year of experience with Reddit marketing, community management, or content marketing (Reddit experience is a hard requirement, please mention your Reddit username history or examples of subreddits you've grown or posted in)
Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone (Reddit instantly detects "marketing speak")
Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B (organic, not ads). Bonus if you've ghostwritten for founders or executives
Comfortable learning new tools (Analitas, scheduling tools, AI writing assistants)
Self-managing, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Nice to Have

Experience with SEO and the role of backlinks in ranking
Experience writing for B2B niches (SaaS, agencies, professional services)
Basic graphic design (Canva is enough)
Experience juggling multiple client accounts
Experience building client-facing reports (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar)

Hours & Pay

Part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (40 hrs/week), your preference
Schedule: flexible, with some overlap with UK timezone for team check-ins
Pay: $3 to $4 USD per hour, depending on experience
Communication: WhatsApp for day-to-day, Google Meet for calls
