Your role will include:
• Building and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish
• Analysing performance data and making data-driven optimisation decisions
• Writing, testing, and improving ad creatives and copy
• Managing client budgets effectively and maximising ROI
• Communicating directly with clients about campaign performance and strategy
• Collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding results


Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Creative thinking to test different angles, hooks, and audience segments
• Excellent client communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
