JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sales-focused ecommerce representative to handle inbound conversations and close high-ticket orders.

Customers will contact you through chat, email, and phone. Many are already interested—you will guide them, answer questions, and help them confidently move forward with a purchase.

You will also manage customer communication during your shift, including order-related questions and general inquiries. You may be the only person handling activity at times, so you must be comfortable staying organized while managing multiple conversations.

This role is best suited for someone who is decisive, confident, and naturally moves conversations toward a result.

This is not a passive support position.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound conversations (chat, email, phone)
Identify customer needs and recommend the right product
Move conversations toward a clear decision
Follow up with interested customers
Assist with order questions and basic support
Manage multiple conversations at once without losing track
Take full ownership of your shift (sales + communication)

Requirements:
Strong English (written and spoken)
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Able to manage multiple chats/emails at the same time
Comfortable speaking with customers and guiding decisions
Organized and reliable during busy periods
Available during US hours

Hours:
Tuesday - Thursday: 3pm - 9:30pm CT
Friday: 8am - 8pm CT
Saturday: 10am - 6:30pm CT

Compensation:

$6/hour
