We are hiring an experienced Inbound Sales Representative for a fast-growing ecommerce business selling high-ticket products.
This role is focused on closing warm leads—customers who are already interested and reaching out via chat,
You will also handle day-to-day customer communication and order support, while still prioritizing sales opportunities at all times. You will often be the only person handling incoming activity, so you must be comfortable balancing both sales and operations.
This is NOT a passive customer support role. You must be comfortable guiding conversations and helping customers make a decision.
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers make decisions—not just answering questions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries (chat,
Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
Recommend the best product based on their situation
Confidently guide customers toward a purchase
Follow up with interested leads
Handle general customer inquiries (order status, basic support)
Assist with day-to-day ecommerce operations during your shift
Take ownership of all activity during your shift (sales + support)
Requirements:
Strong written and spoken English
Proven experience in sales (not just support)
Ability to multitask between sales and support conversations
Comfortable handling live customer conversations
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple chats/emails
Reliable internet and ability to work US hours
Hours:
Tuesday - Thursday: 3pm - 9:30pm CT
Friday: 8am - 8pm CT
Saturday: 10am - 6:30pm CT
Compensation:
$6/hour
+
Performance bonuses tied to sales (team + individual)
