Freight Sales & Operations Manager (Remote – Logistics)

I’m looking for a highly motivated Freight Sales & Operations Manager to help grow my logistics company.

Your role will include:

* Finding and closing new clients for container shipping (cars, personal goods, machinery)
* Communicating with customers and handling bookings
* Coordinating shipments from Australia to international destinations
* Preparing basic documents (invoices, packing lists)
* Managing customer relationships and repeat business

Ideal candidate:

* Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sales
* Strong English communication
* Confident in sales and closing deals
* Organised and reliable

This is a long-term role with room to grow into a management position. Performance bonuses will be paid for every deal closed.
