Jara Trading Ltd is a fast-growing eCommerce business dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Marketplace Account Support Virtual Assistant to help manage and optimise our operations across multiple online marketplaces.

We’re seeking a well-rounded and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. If you are proactive, organised, and confident managing day-to-day marketplace operations, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing marketplace accounts (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Temu, etc.) — required
Strong understanding of marketplace operations — listings, inventory, reporting, PPC, SEO, and issue resolution
Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance across multiple marketplaces
Maintain and update tracking sheets, producing regular performance reports
Support new SKU launches, including listing creation and optimisation
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Design, and Stock) to ensure smooth operations
Monitor fees (e.g. referral, fulfilment) and maintain SKU-level profitability
Manage pricing updates and promotional activity across marketplaces
Support marketplace programmes (e.g. review programmes such as Vine where applicable)
