We're a fast-growing content agency managing multiple creator accounts across Instagram. We need a reliable, detail-oriented Instagram Poster to handle daily posting and basic community management for our accounts.
The Role
You'll receive ready-made content (Reels, captions, profile assets) via Telegram and post it to Instagram on schedule. You'll also handle light community engagement — responding to comments, checking DMs, and doing short activity sessions before and after posting. No content creation required.
What You'll Do

Download finished Reels and post them with provided captions (3–6x per day across multiple accounts)
Add text overlays to videos using Instagram's "Edits" app when needed
Manage warm-up routines for new accounts (liking, commenting, following niche accounts)
Respond to comments and check DMs
Run short engagement sessions before and after each post
Send a daily status report (????/????/????) into the Posting Group on Telegram
Follow ---------- precisely — no freelancing, no guessing

Requirements

iPhone (mandatory — no exceptions)
Stable internet connection
Available for posting windows throughout the day (not a single-block shift)
Fluent in English
Highly reliable — if you say you'll post at 2 PM, it's posted at 2 PM
Comfortable using Telegram for all communication

Can manage multiple accounts without mixing things up
Show up every single day — consistency is everything in this role
