Senior E-Commerce Accountant (Remote, Future Head of Accounting)

About Us

We operate multiple international e-commerce businesses, including traditional online stores and dropshipping models. Our company structure is relatively complex, with multiple entities across different countries.

To ensure clean and scalable financial systems, we are working with a specialized external accounting agency that sets up and oversees our accounting processes.

We are now looking for an experienced accountant who can grow into a key internal role within our company.

Your Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple international e-commerce entities
• Work closely with our external accounting agency (onboarding & ongoing coordination)
• Follow and execute structured accounting processes provided by the agency
• Maintain and organize financial records
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Over time: take full ownership of internal accounting operations

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in e-commerce
• Experience with international business structures
• Familiarity with dropshipping is a plus
• Experience with accounting tools like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
