Lead Generation Architect

The Mission
Join our team and take ownership of building high-performance lead generation systems powered by AI.
You’ll work directly with leadership and internal stakeholders to design, build, and optimize scalable systems that drive real revenue growth.
This is NOT a passive role. You are the strategist, builder, and optimizer behind measurable business outcomes.

Your Role
Strategist (AI-Powered Insights)
? Lead strategy sessions to define positioning, messaging, and direction
? Use AI tools to research markets, uncover audience pain points, and craft high-converting messaging
? Create compelling video scripts and presentations
? Turn complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies

Builder (Conversion Systems)
? Manage AI-driven workflows to build and launch lead generation pages
? Ensure messaging, structure, and flow are optimized for conversions
? Prepare stakeholders for video production and asset creation
? Oversee launches and conduct 30-day performance reviews

Growth Optimizer (Scaling & Performance)
? Identify and recommend the most effective growth channels (Ads, Partnerships, Referrals, etc.)
? Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
? Make data-driven optimization decisions to improve ROI
? Continuously refine systems using AI insights

Internal Growth Responsibilities
In addition to system builds, you will:
? Optimize landing pages (A/B testing, reporting, messaging improvements)
? Build and refine email nurture sequences and automation flows
? Research and implement new AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

Requirements
? Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
? Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or funnel building
? Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.)
? Experience with landing pages, conversion optimization, and messaging strategy
? Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
? Comfortable working full-time, 8AM–5PM Pacific Time (11PM–8AM Manila Time)
? Strong organizational and project management skills
? Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
