YouTube Thumbnail Designer

We’re hiring a Thumbnail Designer to join us at APK VISUALS, a YouTube media company managing multiple faceless channels across TV, Animation, History, and News.

We’re looking for someone who can create clear, attention-grabbing thumbnails and is willing to improve over time.

Responsibilities:
• Design YouTube thumbnails for long-form videos
• Translate video topics and scripts into simple, strong visual concepts
• Apply basic principles of composition, contrast, and readability
• Adapt to different styles depending on the channel
• Work with our team to execute ideas
• Follow internal guidelines and deliver consistently

Requirements (Flexible):
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Basic understanding of visual hierarchy and composition
• Ability to keep designs clean and easy to understand
• Willingness to follow briefs and accept feedback
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines

Previous YouTube thumbnail experience is a plus, but not required.
