Operations Manager (with UEFN or Game Development Background))

We are a Swedish company seeking a fast and reliable Operations Manager with a game development background. Experience with UEFN is preferred but not required. This role is focused on management, coordination, and execution of structured workflows to ensure smooth operations across our game development projects.

We need someone who learns quickly, maintains consistency, and adapts efficiently as we introduce new tools, plugins, or workflow updates.

6+ MONTHS OF GAME DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

If you do not meet these, this role will not be a fit:

Strong desktop PC with performance comparable to:
RTX 3080-level GPU
Intel Core i9-level CPU
Stable, fast internet connection
Excellent English (written and communication)
Ability to run game development tools with minimal lag
Your Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing operations workflows and task execution
Ensuring tasks are completed quickly, accurately, and with minimal errors
Following and enforcing step-by-step pipelines and SOPs
Implementing updates and changes across project files
Adapting quickly to new tools, add-ons, and workflow updates
Communicating clearly when blockers arise
Maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables
