Editor for Meta AI Ad creatives

We’re looking for someone who can create high-converting VSL ads using AI — not just edit videos, but actually build ads that drive sales.

This role is for someone who understands direct response, can structure a strong VSL, and knows how to use AI tools to produce fast, scalable creatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Creating VSL-style Meta ads using AI
Hook ? Problem ? Solution ? Proof ? CTA
Building ads using:
AI avatars / voiceovers
AI-generated scenes / visuals
Stock + UGC blended with AI
Turning winning concepts into multiple variations
Recreating competitor ads, but making them better and original
Testing different:
Hooks
Angles
Scripts
Visual styles
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with VSL ad structure
Proven ability to create ads that convert (not just look nice)
Experience using AI tools like:
Runway
ElevenLabs
HeyGen
Pika Labs
Midjourney
Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Understanding of:
Hook rate
Retention
Scroll-stopping creative
Bonus If You
Have worked with eCommerce brands
Can write or improve VSL scripts
Understand Meta ad testing strategy
Know how to make AI ads feel real, not robotic
