Part-Time Graphic Designer (Social Media + Thumbnails)

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team part-time and grow with us long-term.

This is not a churn-and-burn Canva role.
We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, adapt to different brands, and elevate the quality of our content.

You’ll be working on a mix of:

Social media graphics
YouTube thumbnails
Instagram carousels
Ad creatives
Occasional flyers or marketing materials
Most of our work supports real businesses and brands, so the ability to match tone, style, and brand identity is critical.

???? What This Role Looks Like
~20-30 hours per week to start
Long-term position for the right person
Work across multiple brands and industries
Collaborate with a content/video team
Join video calls when needed (scheduled in advance, typically PH morning time)

You’re a strong fit if you:

Have a good eye for design, layout, and hierarchy
Can adapt your style depending on the brand (not just one look)
Understand what performs on social media (especially thumbnails + hooks)
Think beyond instructions and can contribute ideas
Care about quality and consistency

????? Required Skills
Adobe Photoshop (required)
Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
Experience designing:
Social media graphics
Thumbnails (YouTube / Reels covers)
Marketing visuals

???? Communication & Workflow
Slack for daily communication

Organized file delivery via Dropbox


???? Technical Requirements
Reliable Computer with lots of available storage space
Stable high-speed internet connection
Ability to download/upload large files efficiently
Other tools like Canva or Figma are fine when needed, but:

???? Final assets and working files must be organized and delivered properly

???? Not a Fit If
You only use Canva templates
You rely heavily on copying existing designs without understanding them
You struggle to match different brand styles
You need very detailed step-by-step instructions for everything

Starting at $30,000 php (part-time, ~20 hrs/week)
Opportunity to increase hours + pay based on performance
