AI UGC VIDEO EDITOR (FULL TIME, REMOTE)

We're hiring an AI UGC video editor to create short form content built to go viral on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If you live and breathe short form video, study viral trends obsessively, and know how to use AI tools to produce content that actually performs, this role is for you.


ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be the person we point at a brand or topic and trust to come back with content that performs. We're not looking for someone who needs heavy direction. We want someone with the taste, instincts, and execution skills to take an idea and turn it into a scroll stopping video.

You'll get to make content across multiple niches, including prediction markets, skin care, and AI dating, with room to expand into others over time. Each niche has its own audience, energy, and visual language, so versatility matters.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Generate AI UGC content (AI avatars, voiceovers, AI characters)
- Create AI generated images and visuals to support video content
- Stay on top of viral trends, audio, formats, and hooks
- Ship content quickly and iterate based on what's performing
- Test and develop new content angles across multiple niches

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong editing skills. You're fast, clean, and confident in CapCut, Premiere, or whatever your tool of choice is.
- Deep understanding of viral content. You can break down why a video popped off and replicate the patterns that made it work.
- Hands on experience with AI UGC tools. Things like HeyGen, Arcads, Captions, ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney, and similar.
- Taste. You know what feels native to each platform and what looks like AI slop. You care about the difference.
- Self direction. Point you at a niche, you come back with content. No hand holding required.
- A working setup. Your own PC capable of running editing software smoothly, a decent pair of headphones, and a stable internet connection.
