JOB OVERVIEW

1) About Us

Symple Wellness created KYOR, a science-backed wellness brand focused on clean formulations, clinically studied ingredients, and real results.

Our hero product line is designed to simplify skincare and boost whole-body wellness — empowering individuals to glow confidently from the inside out.

Website: kyor.co/

We are rapidly expanding, especially in the US market, and we’re looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Graphic Designer who specialises in ad research, ad content planning, and ad creative development.

This is a highly impactful role where your visuals directly influence scaling, conversions, and campaign success.

2) What You'll Do

-Design 15–30+ static and motion ad creatives per week across Meta (Feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, and other social platforms
-Translate creative briefs and messaging angles into visual concepts that align with the KYOR brand identity
-Maintain and extend KYOR's brand kits, design systems, and templates that allow for fast iteration
-Design supporting assets: landing page graphics, email creative, organic social, pitch decks
-Collaborate with marketing and copywriters to ideate hooks, formats, and concepts
-Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset generation, and production workflows
-Stay on top of platform trends, format changes, and what's working in the feeds
-Organise and version files so the team can find, repurpose, and iterate quickly

3) What You Bring

Must-haves

-1+ year of graphic design experience (internship, junior agency role, freelance, or strong portfolio of personal/student work counts)
-Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Canva
-A portfolio that shows visual sensibility — clean typography, strong layout, thoughtful composition. Paid social or beauty/lifestyle work is a bonus
-Ability to work fast and iterate — you understand that paid social rewards speed and volume over perfection
-Comfort taking direction, accepting feedback, and revising work without ego
-Hungry to learn, curious about marketing, and excited by the idea that your work will be measured by performance, not just praise

4) AI proficiency (required)
We expect every designer on our team to be using AI to work smarter and faster. You should already be comfortable with — or eager to learn — the tools we use day to day:

-Image generation: Nano Banana (Google Gemini's image model), ChatGPT Images 2.0, Canva AI
-Photo editing & enhancement: Photoshop (incl. Generative Fill / Generative Expand), Illustrator, Canva
-Video & motion: Seedance 2.0, Veo 3
-Workflow & ideation: ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for brainstorming, copy support, prompt engineering

In the interview process, you'll be asked to demonstrate how you use AI in your real workflow — not just that you've tried these tools, but how you've integrated them into how you design. If you haven't used some of the specific tools above, that's okay — but you should have hands-on experience with comparable AI tools and be ready to learn ours quickly.

Nice-to-haves

-Personal interest in beauty, wellness, or skincare (you're a KYOR target customer or close to one)
-Basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere)
-Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, performance metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate), or creative testing concepts
-Experience with UGC and influencer content
-Photography or art direction sensibility

5) How to Apply
Send the following to ---------- with the subject line: "I Am Your Graphic Designer — [Your Name]"

-Your CV
-A link to your portfolio (Behance, personal site, Instagram, or PDF)
-A 3–5 sentence note on which AI tools you currently use in your design workflow

We respond to every application within 5 working days. Shortlisted candidates will go through a short two-round process: a 15-minute personality profiling assessment, followed by a focused design test (~1.5 hours of work, completed within 24 hours).
