Instagram Content Strategist (Fitness Studio – Part Time / Project-Based)

Hours & Pay
• Initial project: 3 hours (one-off)
• Ongoing: 1-2 hours per month

About the role
We are looking for someone to help us improve our Instagram content and generate more trial bookings.
This is a strategy-only role focused on direction and results.
We are just about to hire a separate tea ---------- mber handling content creation and posting — your role is to provide clear ideas and guidance only.

Your role
Initial project
Create a clear, practical content plan including:
• Content pillars (what we should post)
• Positioning (beginners, confidence, etc.)
• 20–30 reel ideas ready to use
• Hook ideas (strong first lines)
• Caption and CTA framework (focused on trial bookings)

Ongoing (monthly)
• Review what’s working and what’s not
• Suggest improvements
• Provide 10–15 new reel ideas
• Refine hooks and calls to action

What you won’t be doing
• Editing videos
• Posting content
• Day-to-day social media management

Requirements
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video
• Ability to create simple, actionable ideas (not generic advice)
• Experience with fitness, lifestyle, or female-focused brands
• Focus on conversions (enquiries, bookings), not just engagement
• Clear and concise communication

Bonus
• Experience with women’s only service businesses (gyms, studios, salons)
