ABOUT THE ROLE

Prime Shine is a fast-growing mobile auto detailing company based in Ontario, Canada. We run paid ads that generate consistent inbound leads every day — your job is to call those leads quickly, qualify them, and book them into our schedule. No cold calling. Every person you call has already shown interest in our service. You are not starting from zero — we have a live ads campaign generating inbound leads daily.

HOURS

This is a night shift role. Hours are 9:00am–1:00pm Eastern Time (Canada), which is 9:00pm–1:00am Philippine Time. Please only apply if you are comfortable with and available for these hours consistently. Hours may grow as the business expands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Call inbound leads as quickly as possible after they submit a form — speed is the most important part of this role
- Follow a proven call script to qualify leads and book them into our calendar
- Prioritize booking jobs geographically — we cluster appointments by area to keep our techs efficient, so you'll always try to book nearby jobs back-to-back
- Update and manage leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel — full training provided)
- Send follow-up texts to leads who don't answer and attempt callbacks
- Handle any overnight or missed leads first thing at the start of each shift
- Flag anything outside your script — pricing exceptions, complaints, or unusual requests — to the owner immediately
- Book jobs as far out as needed — we do not cap the calendar, so if the next available slot is a month away, book it

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Excellent spoken and written English — confident, warm, and natural on the phone
- Reliable and punctual — leads go cold within the hour, showing up on time matters
- Organized — you'll manage multiple leads at different stages simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Previous sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a strong asset
- Stable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls

COMPENSATION

- 20% of job value per booked job (up to $3,000 CAD/month earned)
- $10 CAD flat per booked job above the $3,000 CAD/month threshold
- Average job value: $200–$250 CAD
- Estimated closes: 2–4 jobs per day
- Payment: bi-weekly via Wise

At 3 closes per day across 20 working days, you'd generate roughly $12,000 CAD in bookings and earn approximately $2,400 CAD (~90,000 PHP) that month. Strong performance will push you into the $10 flat rate per close — we'll explain exactly how that threshold works before you start so there are no surprises.

We will be transparent about lead volume before you start.
