Account Executive – Sports Uniforms & Athletic Gear (Remote)

About Us

Phoenix Performance Solutions is a fast-growing U.S.-based sports company focused on custom uniforms, athletic gear, leagues, and performance products. We work with youth and adult sports organizations across the United States and are actively expanding our football, cheer, basketball, baseball, and softball divisions.

We are looking for a highly motivated remote Account Executive to help grow our custom sports uniform and gear business by building relationships with teams, leagues, coaches, athletic directors, and organizations.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

## Compensation

Hourly Pay: $5–$12 USD/hour depending on experience and communication skills
Commission with each close. Higher commission with lower hourly rate. Structure

* Sliding scale commissions based on profitability and deal structure

## What You’ll Do

* Prospect and identify new leads across youth and adult sports organizations
* Reach out through:

* Cold calling
* Email outreach
* Facebook/social media outreach
* Text messaging
* Follow-up campaigns
* Build long-term relationships with coaches, leagues, and organizations
* Educate potential clients about our uniforms, apparel, and athletic gear
* Manage the relationship from initial contact through payment
* Pass completed order details to management/operations for mockups and production
* Ensure all client information and updates are logged accurately into Zoho CRM
* Follow up consistently with clients throughout the sales process
* Help generate repeat business and referrals

## Requirements

### MUST HAVE:

* Strong spoken and written English
* Minimal accent and excellent communication skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Comfortable making outbound calls
* Comfortable with CRM usage and organization
* Ability to work during U.S. business hours (Central Time)
* Strong professionalism and ethical communication

### PREFERRED:

* Cold calling or sales experience
* Sports knowledge (football, cheer, basketball, baseball, softball)
* Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems
* Familiarity with AI tools or LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
* Experience managing customer relationships long-term
