E-commerce Assistant & Growth Operator (Email, Social, Shopify, Photoshop)

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented assistant who can help run key parts of my e-commerce business without needing constant direction.

This is not a basic VA role.
I need someone who can think, make decisions, and execute.

You will manage email marketing, social media, product support, and graphic design, with a focus on driving sales and keeping operations moving.

Responsibilities:

Create and send email campaigns (promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns)
Manage and post content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Assist with product uploads and updates (Shopify)
Create high-quality product mockups and graphics using Photoshop
Support campaign execution (Mother’s Day, Graduation, Holiday, etc.)
Assist with GoHighLevel (funnels, forms, emails – basic to intermediate)
Stay organized and complete tasks without constant follow-up
Identify ways to improve performance, content, and workflows

Requirements (READ CAREFULLY):

Experience with email marketing (execution, not just design)
Strong social media management experience
Advanced Photoshop skills REQUIRED
Must create realistic product mockups
Must understand lighting, shadows, layering, composition
No Canva-only designers
Experience with Shopify
Basic experience with GoHighLevel or similar tools
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Must have reliable internet + backup plan

Bonus (Nice to Have):
Experience with Customily (product personalization)
Experience with HeyGen or Kling (AI video/content tools)
Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels)
