Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle
Key Responsibilities:
Contact team employees to confirm schedules and availability
Arrange and manage work schedules and time slots
Send and assist with payroll-related tasks
Respond to inquiries via
Make outbound calls as needed for coordination and follow-ups
Requirements:
Proficient in Google Sheets / Spreadsheets for data tracking and coordination
Highly skilled in calendar management and scheduling systems (preferred advantage)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and handle schedules efficiently
Comfortable working with experienced tea
Able to follow company rules and procedures
Preferred:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Scheduler, or Administrative Assistant (US Client)
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently
