JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle emails, phone calls, and scheduling for company workers. This role focuses on organizing team schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly requires someone who can follow structured systems, handle sensitive information with care, and complete tasks accurately and on time. You will work closely with experienced tea ---------- mbers and are expected to follow company guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact team employees to confirm schedules and availability
Arrange and manage work schedules and time slots
Send and assist with payroll-related tasks
Respond to inquiries via email or phone
Make outbound calls as needed for coordination and follow-ups


Requirements:

Proficient in Google Sheets / Spreadsheets for data tracking and coordination
Highly skilled in calendar management and scheduling systems (preferred advantage)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and handle schedules efficiently
Comfortable working with experienced tea ---------- mbers
Able to follow company rules and procedures


Preferred:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Scheduler, or Administrative Assistant (US Client)
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently
Knowledgeable with email, spreadsheets, and online systems
