Position Overview
As an Intake Specialist, you will communicate with potential clients who have been in a
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, and
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential clients
• Build rapport quickly and professionally with injured individuals
• Gather case details and accurately input information into our system
• Guide potential clients through the sign-up process
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet signed
• Maintain organized and detailed notes in CRM systems
• Work closely with the intake team to meet performance goals
What We’re Looking For
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident on the phone with a clear, professional presence
• Sales or customer service experience required
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations
• Strong attention to detail and organization, please put Pizza in the subject line
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection, good computer and quiet workspace
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
• Experience working for a law firm (especially personal injury)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Clio, or similar)
• Background in call center, sales, or lead conversion roles
Work Schedule - U.S. business hours (Pacific Time preferred)
• Monday - Friday - 2pm - 8pm
• Saturday - 10am - 4pm
