Meta Ads Specialist (Lead Generation for Clinics)

We’re hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale lead generation campaigns for physiotherapy, chiropractic, and healthcare clinics across North America.

This is a performance role.

Your job is to generate high-quality leads and help turn them into booked patients at a profitable cost.

What You’ll Do

Manage Meta ad accounts for multiple clinic clients
Launch and optimize lead generation campaigns
Improve key metrics:
Cost per lead
Lead quality
Booking rate
Test and iterate on:
Offers (free consults, paid trials, etc.)
Ad creatives (especially short-form video)
Hooks and messaging
Fix underperforming campaigns quickly
Ensure leads are coming from the correct local area
Work with our team to track results and performance

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Proven results with lead generation campaigns
Ability to diagnose and fix performance issues fast
Understanding of:
Targeting and local radius strategies
Lead forms and conversion optimization
Creative testing and iteration
Data-driven decision making (not guessing)

You can take a struggling campaign and improve performance within weeks
You consistently reduce cost per lead while improving quality
You understand that leads don’t matter if they don’t convert into booked appointments
You can clearly explain what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re testing next

Nice to Have

Experience working with clinics or local service businesses
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. Go High Level)
Experience with offline conversion tracking
