Amazon Assistant

We're a South Florida-based e-commerce company selling on Amazon. We're growing fast and need a sharp, detail-oriented assistant to help run day-to-day operations across three areas: supplier research, outreach tracking, and Amazon listing monitoring.

This is a long-term role. We're not looking for someone to do one task and disappear — we want someone who learns our system, grows with us, and eventually takes on more responsibility as the business scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Supplier research — Use Google Maps, Sunbiz (Florida business registry), and other tools to find and verify wholesale distributors. Enter data into our Google Sheets pipeline with specific fields we'll train you on.

Outreach tracking — Maintain our CRM in Google Sheets. Track which suppliers have been contacted, when follow-ups are due, and update statuses after each touchpoint. You'll prep email drafts using our approved templates — we review and approve before anything sends.

Amazon monitoring — Check our active listings daily for suppressed listings, buy box changes, and low inventory. Send a short daily update flagging anything that needs attention. Read-only access to start.

Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Maps, Loom (for training videos we provide)

Amazon Seller Central (view access) — no prior experience required, we'll train you

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Extremely detail-oriented — our data needs to be clean and consistent
- Strong written English
- Reliable and responsive — we communicate via WhatsApp, expect replies within a few hours during agreed work hours
- Self-managed — you complete tasks and send updates without needing to be chased
- Comfortable following SOPs and not freelancing the process

WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR:
- Someone juggling 10 other clients with no availability
- Someone who needs constant hand-holding
- Someone looking for a short-term gig

HOW WE START:
We begin with a small paid test project (~2–3 hours) so we can see your work before committing to a monthly contract. If it's a fit, we move to part-time and grow from there.
