Figma Designer and Design Assistant

We are looking for a skilled designer who is strong in both Figma and Adobe tools. You will work on a mix of Figma UI projects and regular design production work including flyers, ad creatives, templates, and website assets. This is a fast-paced role -- we move quickly and need someone who keeps up without sacrificing quality.

Primary responsibilities:
- Recreate and design web platform screens in Figma (desktop and mobile) based on live site references
- Build interactive modals and components in Figma with clean organized file structure
- Set up Illustrator artboards to exact specifications and place images with correct positioning
- Resize and reformat designs across multiple dimensions
- Export files in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats
- Build and edit Canva templates matching brand colors, fonts, and aesthetic
- Upload and format images across Squarespace and Shopify sites
- Update project statuses in ---------- in real time
- Organize and deliver files via Google Drive clearly labeled and client-ready
- Respond immediately during work hours -- this is non-negotiable

What we are looking for:
- Strong Figma skills -- able to match an existing visual style with precision
- Expert or highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Canva Pro, Squarespace, or Shopify is a plus
- Detail-oriented -- zero tolerance for typos or misalignments
- Calm under pressure -- tight deadlines are normal here
- Responsive communicator -- reply right away during your shift

Time tracking: Hubstaff required. Random screenshots will be taken during shifts.
Trial period: All new hires begin with 1 paid trial task at the agreed rate before being brought on fully.
