JOB OVERVIEW

Title: Agent Commissions Receivable Specialist
Schedule: Monday through Friday regular business hours
Reports to: ACR Team Lead
Location: Lake Mary, FL

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Agent Commissions Receivable Specialist
to join our Transaction Operations team. Agent Commissions Receivable Specialist are
responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying deposits. They handle all aspects of
accounts receivable, including bank deposits. They must be extremely accurate, able to
meet payment schedules and deadlines, and have excellent attention to detail. An ideal
candidate will have experience in administration or customer service with a willingness to
learn light bookkeeping, working with accounting software, and processing deposits and
payments.

Responsibilities:
Accurately log and track all incoming deposits and outgoing payments, ensuring


timely and precise record-keeping.
Monitor and manage agent commission pipelines, identifying and addressing any


outstanding or overdue commissions.


Proactively identify discrepancies within financial records and resolve funding


issues to maintain accuracy and compliance.


Reconcile monthly transaction reports, ensuring alignment with company records


and financial systems.
Communicate effectively with agents to provide updates, clarify details, and resolve


inquiries related to deposits, payments, and commission statuses.
Support accounts receivable for agent transactions.



Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience or in a related role


preferred
Excellent attention to detail


Strong organizational ability


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, etc.

•Effective corporate communication skills


Ability to consistently meet deadlines


Excellent data entry skills



Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience calculating, posting, and managing financial records


Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and accounting software


Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy


Experience within a real estate support related role
