About Conference Badge
Conference Badge is a B2B platform serving event organizers with on-demand badge printing and event-tools software. HubSpot is the backbone of our marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle operations. We're investing in marketing automation to support nurture, inbound lead capture, and dormant-account reactivation across our customer base.
About the role
We're hiring a hands-on HubSpot specialist to stand up our Marketing Hub foundation and deploy our first automated campaign end-to-end. You will be the sole owner of HubSpot marketing automation setup at Conference Badge. You'll work directly with the CEO to align on campaign strategy, and you'll support internal team training and workflows where necessary to make sure the automations you build can be run, monitored, and lightly extended by Conference Badge staff after handoff.
Working with Claude (AI assistant): We will provide you with access to Anthropic's Claude AI assistant to accelerate the work — drafting copy, designing workflow logic, and reviewing configurations. You should be comfortable using AI tools as a daily collaborator. All Claude sessions used for this engagement will be conducted on a Conference Badge-managed account where the CEO has visibility into conversation logs. This is not punitive — it's how we maintain a knowledge trail of decisions, prompts, and outputs so the work is auditable and transferable. You must be comfortable working in this monitored environment.
