**Part-Time Admin Assistant — Remote**

I'm looking for a reliable, process-minded Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Data Coach Claire — my online coaching and Amazon influencer business. This is a fully remote, asynchronous role (40 hours/week) with a wide variety of tasks across content, customer service, systems, and more. If you're someone who loves creating order out of chaos and gets satisfaction from making things run smoother, this might be the role for you.
This role is a blend of data-entry, process creation, customer service. I'm looking for someone kind, resourceful, helpful, great communicator.
For context, there are two parts to my business. I earn commissions on Amazon through review videos, and also coach others on how to do the same.

**ABOUT DATA COACH CLAIRE**
Data Coach Claire is an online coaching and Amazon influencer business. I create data-driven, educational content. I coach clients one-on-one and through programs. I also run an Amazon influencer storefront where I review and recommend products. This role supports both sides of the business.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote position. Work is primarily asynchronous with 1–4 short check-in calls per month. You'll be given clear tasks and expected to work independently, ask good questions when something is unclear, and flag issues proactively.
This role will evolve as the business grows. I have a clear list of starter tasks, but new responsibilities will be added over time — and I want someone who's excited to grow with me and help the business grow, not just check boxes.

**30-DAY PAID TRAINING PERIOD**
All new hires begin with a paid 30-day training period at $3 USD/hour. After training we'll evaluate how things are going and discuss an ongoing rate based on your performance, efficiency, and fit.

**COMPENSATION**
• $3/hour during 30-day training period
• $3–$7 USD/hour ongoing, depending on experience and efficiency (if you're fast I'll pay you more per hour)

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
Starter tasks include:
• Respond to customer service
• Post and schedule existing content across platforms
• Help update and maintain my website
• Help build and manage automations (e.g. like connecting my ConvertKit newsletter to my website)
• Monitor performance of past videos and flag insights
• Data entry and spreadsheet management in Google Sheets
• Build and document processes and SOPs so tasks are repeatable and efficient
• General admin support across both the coaching and Amazon influencer sides of the business
This list will grow. I'll continue adding tasks as the business grows and as I identify new needs — that's part of the role.

• Highly organized and process-driven — you love finding a faster, cleaner way to do things
• Great written communication — clear, warm, no typos, kind to customers
• Fast learner — you can figure things out without being walked through every step
• Comfortable with feedback and always looking to improve
• Proactive — you flag issues before they become problems and ask questions when something is unclear
• Google Sheets/Drive experience (required)
• Experience with AI tools is a plus (I use Claude and ChatGPT)
• Experience with web building/website maintenence is a plus
• Experience with ConvertKit/StanStore or other
• Looking for a long-term role, not a one-off gig

A coaching client sends the following
*"Hi! I signed up for your program last week and I'm having trouble accessing the course materials. I've tried logging in twice and it's not working. I'm really frustrated because I paid for this and haven't been able to use it yet. Can someone please help me?"*
Write the reply you would send on my behalf. Keep it warm, professional, and solution-focused. You don't need to actually solve the technical issue — focus on tone, empathy, and next steps.
**4. Test Task B — Systems Thinking**
Describe a specific example from your own experience where you took a task or process that was slow or messy and made it faster or more efficient. What was the original process? What did you change? How much time or effort did it save?
If you don't have a past example, answer this instead: I currently receive around 10–15 customer
