ROLE OVERVIEW
Your mission is simple: Bring the right people to Maison Mnandi Africa—and turn them into loyal, paying customers. You will own the entire customer journey, from the first touchpoint to the final “Thank You” page.

CURRENT STAGE
We are currently in the early stage of building traffic and generating our first consistent online sales. Our website is live and visually strong, but we are now focused on building a working, scalable growth engine from the ground up.
THE GOAL
To move from a visual-first brand to a revenue-generating e-commerce business through structured testing, optimization, and smart scaling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Traffic Generation
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive real traffic and intent, not just aesthetics, across relevant channels (Meta, Pinterest, Google,
• Focus on attracting high-intent customers who are ready to purchase, not just passive browsers.
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, and messaging to find the "winning" formula.
• Conversion Optimization (CRO)
• Audit and refine our Shopify experience with a mobile-first focus.
• Reduce friction, improve trust signals, and increase both conversion rate and AOV (Average Order Value).
• Sales & Retention Strategy
• Implement upsells,
• Testing & Iteration
• Run ongoing experiments across traffic, messaging, and site experience.
• Make decisions based on data and results—not assumptions.
• Performance Tracking
• Own the data. Ensure tracking systems (Pixels, GA4, etc.) clearly show what is driving traffic, conversions, and revenue.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience driving traffic AND revenue for boutique or luxury e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and buyer psychology.
• Hands-on Shopify experience (themes, apps, and UX improvements).
• Aesthetic Alignment: Ability to balance premium brand storytelling with high-performance conversion tactics.
• Growth Mindset: Comfortable working in an early-stage, test-and-learn environment.
• Clear Communicator: Ability to connect daily actions to bottom-line business outcomes.
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
• Growth in qualified traffic.
• Achieving the brand's first consistent online sales.
• Improvement in conversion rate and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
• Base: USD $800 / month.
• Performance Bonus: 5% commission on monthly gross sales.
• Long-Term Opportunity: As revenue scales, your role and compensation will grow with the business.
