About the Job
I run ---------- , a growing Dutch lifestyle platform for fathers — covering BBQ, craft beer, gadgets, and outdoor gear. We get 12,000+ monthly visitors and work with brands through product reviews and sponsored content.
I'm looking for a part-time Brand Partnership Assistant (2 hours/day, Monday-Friday) to handle our brand outreach pipeline so I can focus on content creation (which you will take over later as well) and photography.

What You'll Do
Brand Communication (60% of your time)

Check our inbox daily for replies from brands we've contacted
Respond to interested brands with our standard collaboration proposal
Answer questions from potential partners
Follow up with brands that haven't replied
Politely close out brands that decline
Outreach for new brands

Pipeline Management (30% of your time)

Update our Google Sheet with deal status, contact info, and notes
Track which products are being shipped, received, and reviewed
Flag deals that need my input or approval

Coordination (10% of your time)

Coordinate product shipments with brands (provide shipping address, confirm delivery)
Send me a daily 5-minute summary: what came in, what went out, what needs my attention

What You Need
Must have:

Strong written English and good with. Translate (you'll communicate with Dutch brands who speak Dutch, and with me)
Experience with email outreach, influencer coordination, or brand partnerships
Comfortable with Google Sheets and Gmail
Self-starter — I won't micromanage you. I'll give you clear rules and templates, and you run with it

Nice to have:

Experience working with bloggers, influencers, or content creators
Basic understanding of how brand/influencer deals work (gifting, barter, sponsored posts)
Any experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) is a bonus

What You DON'T Need

Dutch language skills
Design or content creation skills
Technical/coding skills

How We Work

Hours: 2 hours/day, flexible timing (but ideally some overlap with European business hours, 9AM-5PM CET)
Communication: We'll use email + a shared Google Sheet. Quick daily check-ins, no meetings unless needed
Tools: Gmail, Google Sheets — that's it
Pay: $5/hour depending on experience
Start: Trial week to see if we're a good fit

I'm Tim, based in the Netherlands. I'm direct, informal, and low-maintenance as a boss. I've automated most of the outreach — emails go out automatically, leads come in automatically. I just need someone reliable to handle the human side: responding to brands, closing deals, and keeping the pipeline organized.
