We are a rapidly growing women’s underwear brand looking for a conversion-focused Graphic Designer to join our performance marketing engine. Our goal is to create "stop-the-scroll" static ads for Meta and Instagram that drive immediate ROI.
We are looking for a designer who is ahead of the curve—someone who blends traditional design principles with AI-driven asset generation (specifically Nano Banana Pro) to create high-end imagery without the constraints of a traditional photo shoot.
The Role: Creative Ownership
While we provide the core product features and value propositions, we are looking for a candidate with the creativity to lead the vision. You shouldn't just wait for a pixel-perfect brief; you should be able to take our core content and conceptualize the visual "hook," the layout, and the AI-generated environment yourself.
Requirements:
Figma-First Workflow: All design work must be executed in Figma. We value organized layers, components, and a fast, collaborative environment.
Creative Strategy: The ability to take a product benefit (e.g., "breathable fabric") and independently come up with 3-4 different visual "hooks" or ad concepts to test.
Conversion-First Design: Create static ads for Meta/Instagram (1:1 and 9:16) designed specifically for D2C sales, focusing on clear value propositions and strong CTAs.
AI Image Synthesis: Utilize Nano Banana Pro to generate realistic lifestyle assets, textile textures, and background environments that align with a premium aesthetic.
Direct Response (DR) Frameworks: Implement proven DR strategies (e.g., Us vs. Them, Feature Point-outs, Social Proof layouts) to lower our CPA.
Rapid Iteration: Produce high-quality creative at a pace that matches our testing schedule.
Required Expertise:
D2C E-commerce: You understand the psychology of a female consumer and what makes them click in a crowded feed.
AI Workflow Mastery: You have a sophisticated workflow with Nano Banana Pro. You know how to prompt for high-fidelity skin tones, fabric draping, and lighting that looks authentic.
Layout & Typography: You have a "less is more" approach to design—clean, modern, and readable on mobile devices.
