About the Role

We are a U.S.-based real estate media company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our production workflow, quality control, and content.

Work Schedule

* Preferred: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
* Must be available during these hours
* Hours may increase during busy seasons (spring/fall)
* Slightly reduced hours during slower months (Dec–Feb, sometimes July)

Compensation

* $4/hour during training (first 2–4 weeks)

Performance-based increases:

* $6–$8/hour for consistent performance
* $8–$12+/hour for long-term high performers

This is a long-term role, and strong performance will be rewarded with increased pay and responsibility.

Core Responsibilities

Primary Focus (Most Important)

1. Quality Control

* Review real estate photos for:
* Straight vertical lines
* Natural color balance
* Proper exposure (no blown windows)
* Consistency across image sets
* Review video deliverables for quality and completeness
* Check floor plans and 3D tours for accuracy
* Request revisions from editors when needed

2. Workflow & Production Management

* Assign and track jobs for editors
* Ensure deadlines are met:
* 24-hour turnaround for photos
* 48-hour turnaround for video
* Communicate updates clearly via Slack

Secondary Responsibilities

3. Light Editing Tasks

* Minor photo adjustments (color correction, small fixes)
* Virtual staging using online tools
* Basic video edits if needed (cuts, small changes)

4. File Management & Delivery

* Organize files in Dropbox
* Upload and deliver jobs through Aryeo (our CMS)
* Maintain clean and consistent file organization

5. Social Media Support

* Create simple short-form videos (Reels, Shorts)
* Assist with posting and organizing content
* Help manage content library

Required Skills

* Experience with:
* Adobe Photoshop
