Content Creator and Social Media Manager needed to join exciting business

Hi there!
I am hiring a part time assistant to help with the smooth running of my, currently, two businesses.
I am looking for someone creative with a proven track record of success with fire in the belly that is target driven and looking at making more on top of his or her salary.

- Positive, outgoing and friendly personality
- Experience with SEO, blog management, social media management and WordPress is essential
- Experience with CSS and web development would be a great advantage
If you like recruitment, e-commerce, marketing, copywriting and growing a business, this will be a
great position since this is mainly what we do.

ABOUT ME:
- I’m an entrepreneur currently based in South Korea but originally from the UK.
- I am a busy man as I currently have a full-time job as well as owning two of my own companies with plans to start a further two more soon
- I move fast and work hard & I expect the people that work with me to do the same
- I am loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
- I give bonuses for great results (I’m a passionate believer that credit is due for doing an excellent job and I am more than happy to do that, if my businesses are successful then we should both benefit.)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Write articles for me & post them on our websites (SEO optimised would be highly preferred)
- Handle social media postings
- Create and manage a database of recruiters/schools for one of my businesses
- Manage email distribution lists
- Develop a relationship with those recruiters/schools
- Ad hoc general tasks such as data entry
- Work 2 hours a day / 5 days a week (10 total however there could be ad-hoc opportunities for overtime.)

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
- Will pay monthly in arrears on the 28th of every month.
- Will pay bonuses for results
- Will pay 13th month bonus
- Annual pay increase based on performance
- Every month you work you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick day or vacation days (12 days per year)
- These are the paid holidays: (7 Total)
1 January New Year’s Day
30 March Good Friday
2 April Easter Monday
7 May Early May bank holiday
28 May Spring bank holiday
27 August Summer bank holiday
25 December Christmas Day
