Title: Client Admin (Onboarding & Client Support)
Overview
We are looking for a proactive Client Admin to manage onboarding, client communication, and scheduling. This role sits at the front of the client experience, so clarity, consistency, and ownership are critical.
Core Responsibilities
Manage new client onboarding from point of sale
Communicate timelines, next steps, and expectations clearly
Schedule consultations, testing, and follow-ups
Ensure all onboarding steps are completed correctly
Maintain clean and accurate client records
Flag inconsistencies in client messaging or process
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (clear, professional, concise)
Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines
High ownership mindset
Ability to spot inconsistencies and raise them early
Confidence in asking questions when something is unclear
What We Do NOT Want
Someone who sends inconsistent or unclear client messaging
Someone who ignores discrepancies between notes and reality
Someone who relies entirely on scripts without understanding
Key Behaviour Expectations
Clients should always receive consistent, clear information
If timelines or messaging differ = flag immediately
If something is unclear = confirm before communicating
