Title: Operations Admin (Invoicing & CRM)
Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Admin to manage invoicing, CRM accuracy, and pipeline tracking. This role requires strong judgement, not just execution — you must be comfortable identifying inconsistencies and flagging issues before they become problems.
Core Responsibilities
Create and issue invoices accurately and on time
Manage and update CRM/pipeline (Go High Level or similar)
Track payments and follow up where required
Ensure all client records are accurate and consistent
Identify and flag discrepancies in client data, pricing, or process
Support operational workflows across the business
What We’re Looking For
High attention to detail (non-negotiable)
Ability to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly
Comfortable working with structured systems and processes
Strong written English
Ability to make decisions when appropriate, and escalate when needed
What We Do NOT Want
Someone who blindly follows instructions without thinking
Someone who waits for direction when something is unclear
Someone who guesses on financial or client-related decisions
