Systems-Focused GHL Specialist for Boutique Marketing Agency

About the Role:
We are a specialized growth agency looking for a self-reliant, tech-forward GHL Specialist to serve as our technical partner. We are currently in a "Strategic Build" phase and are seeking a long-term collaborator to architect, document, and refine our proprietary systems as we move toward full-scale operations.

The Partnership Path:
- Phase 1 (Trial/Build): Project-based work to establish core "Elite" workflows, high-logic pipelines, and landing page templates.
- Phase 2 (Growth): Regular weekly touch-base meetings as we onboard initial clients and monitor system health. *Part Time
- Phase 3 (Scale): Ongoing technical management, data analysis, and system optimization. *Possibility to add hours or shift to Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- GHL Architecture: Build, audit, and manage sub-account Snapshots, including nested if/else workflows, complex pipelines, and multi-step custom forms.
- Web & Landing Pages: Build high-converting landing pages and agency sites directly within the GHL funnel builder.
- Technical Logistics: Manage A2P 10DLC registrations, domain integrations, and administrative access protocols.
- Fulfillment Support: Assist with Google Business Profile (GBP) management and technical administrative setups.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Weekly extraction of KPIs from GHL and PPC dashboards. You will prepare data summaries (lead volume, tier-ranking, and cost-per-lead) to assist the founder in client reporting.
- The System Log: Maintain a detailed, client-by-client technical log (SOP) documenting every automation, tagging logic, and pipeline structure. You must be able to explain the logic behind every build.
- System Optimization: Proactively suggest GHL features or third-party integrations (Zapier, etc.) that could improve client ROI.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience or familiarity with white-label Google Ads management or major white-label PPC providers.
