Customer Service Representative — Women's Fashion E-commerce

Remote | Part-time to Full-time
We are a UK-based women's fashion brand selling online. We are growing fast and looking for a reliable, experienced customer service rep to handle our customer tickets professionally and independently.
This is a remote, long-term role. We want someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and doesn't need hand-holding.

What you'll be doing
Handling all customer enquiries via email — returns, refunds, delivery questions, complaints
Managing return and refund requests in line with our store policy
Responding to order issues, delays, and quality complaints
Maintaining a professional, warm tone in all communications
Ad hoc backend/admin tasks as the store grows (order management, supply chain management etc.)

Who we're looking for
E-commerce experience is required — ideally in fashion dropshipping or a similar online store environment
Previous customer service experience handling returns, refunds, and complaints
Excellent written English — clear, natural, and professional
Open to working flexible hours
Reliable internet and a professional home setup
Able to follow SOPs and scripts independently without constant supervision

Hours: Part-time initially, with potential to grow
Schedule: Flexible/shifting, aligned to UK time zone
Contract type: Independent contractor
