We are looking for a serious and motivated person to join New World Digital Agency for a lead generation and cold calling position.

The role is focused on the Canadian market, so you must be available during evening or night hours depending on the Canadian time zone.

Main tasks:

Find qualified leads
Contact prospects by phone
Do cold calling and follow-ups
Book qualified appointments with potential clients
Track leads and appointment results clearly

Compensation:

Fixed salary: $550 CAD per month
Commission: Bonus for every qualified appointment booked
Closed deal bonus: Additional bonus for every appointment that becomes a closed deal
Monthly bonus: Extra bonus if monthly targets are achieved

We are looking for someone reliable, professional, comfortable speaking English, and able to work independently.
