The Role

You'll manage everything in our daily YouTube production pipeline:

? Daily video editing — Color grade, pacing, effects, sound design
? AI-assisted writing — Use Claude to draft titles, descriptions, email copy
? YouTube scheduling — Upload, optimize metadata, schedule publication
? Email campaigns — Write and schedule promotional emails to our audience
? Content calendar management — Plan, track, and execute the weekly production schedule independently

Who We're Looking For

• Recent film school graduate (0-3 years experience maximum)
• Creative storyteller — You understand pacing, emotion, and how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds
• Self-starter mentality — You don't wait for direction; you identify what needs doing and do it
• AI-curious — We use Claude for writing. You're willing to learn, experiment, and get comfortable with AI tools as collaborators
• Technical competence — Comfortable with Google Sheets, YouTube Studio, email platforms, and video editing software
• English proficiency — You can write clear, compelling video descriptions and email copy
• Timezone flexible — Remote work, but willing to stay aligned with US business hours when needed
