WordPress Developer (Job Listing Platform)

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to help us improve and scale a job listing platform. This role goes beyond standard development—you’ll play a key part in optimizing user experience, increasing conversions, and building high-performance features that directly impact business growth.

What You’ll Do
-Develop and implement new features and functionalities on a WordPress-based job platform
-Optimize the conversion funnel (landing pages ? job applications ? payments)
-Improve site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
-Integrate fast and seamless payment solutions (including Apple Pay and similar gateways)
-Build and deploy high-performing A/B testing pages
-Analyze test results and user behavior to drive data-backed decisions
-Collaborate on product and feature improvements with a performance-first mindset
-Continuously identify bottlenecks and propose technical or UX optimizations

What We’re Looking For
-Strong experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, and APIs)
-Solid understanding of performance optimization (caching, lazy loading, code splitting, etc.)
-Experience optimizing conversion funnels and user journeys
-Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (Apple Pay, Stripe, etc.)
-Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks
-Ability to analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, heatmaps, etc.)
-Strong problem-solving skills and product thinking
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Daily Whatsapp check-ins and task dashboard, need to be working in the EU timezone.

Starting with 2 fixed hours per day and work your way up towards more hours or fulltime.
