CRM Builder (Email & SMS | Klaviyo| Full-Time)

We’re hiring a CRM Builder to execute email and SMS campaigns with precision and speed.

This is a build-focused role, not strategy. Your job is to take briefs from our CRM Strategist and build, QA, and launch flows and campaigns flawlessly and on time.

If you miss details, rush QA, or need constant hand-holding—this role will not be a fit.

What Success Looks Like:
- Every flow and campaign is built, tested, and live by the deadline
- Builds are clean (no broken links, formatting issues, or mobile problems)
- You can take a brief and execute it without hand-holding
- Nothing goes live with errors—ever

Responsibilities:
- Build & Launch On Time
- Build email flows, campaigns, and SMS sequences
- Follow briefs exactly and meet deadlines
- Log all builds in project tools before starting
- Flag risks at least 24 hours before deadlines
- Report build progress weekly

Skills Required - Must-Have:
- Email Marketing (Klaviyo or similar ESP)
- Campaign & Flow Building
- QA Testing & Attention to Detail
- Segmentation & List Management
- Basic HTML (for email formatting fixes)
