Hiring Meta Ads Expert (Project-Based / Remote)

Grow And Glow Agency is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our team. We are looking for someone who understands how to create, manage, optimize, and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns that generate real business results. This is a remote opportunity with flexible collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop campaign strategies focused on leads, conversions, and ROI
- Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance
- Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign data and provide performance insights
- Collaborate with our team on landing pages, offers, and funnel strategy

Requirements:
- Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
- Ability to create compelling ad creatives that DOES NOT look like an ad
- Experience with lead generation, conversion campaigns, and retargeting
- Ability to analyze metrics and improve campaign performance
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Must provide:
- Portfolio
- Case studies or past campaign results
- Examples of businesses/industries worked with

Bonus / Optional Skills:
- Copywriting experience for ad creatives and hooks
- Experience working with medspas, wellness, home services, or local businesses
