We are Giftsake, a fast-growing personalized gift brand focused on meaningful, emotional products (memorial gifts, family keepsakes, religious gifts).
We are building a serious TikTok presence and are looking for a high-level content creator who understands how to turn simple visuals into content that stops the scroll and drives engagement.
This is not a basic VA role.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a creator, not just an editor.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for creating daily TikTok content that feels native, emotional, and engaging—not promotional.
You must be able to take simple product images/videos and turn them into:
Scroll-stopping content
Emotion-driven videos
Story-based posts that people actually watch
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You can consistently create videos that hold attention in the first 2 seconds
You understand why certain content performs—and apply that thinking
You bring ideas, not just execution
You move fast and iterate based on performance
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create 2–3 TikTok videos daily
Write strong hooks, captions, and on-screen text
Edit using CapCut (or equivalent) in a native TikTok style
Identify and apply trends appropriately
Suggest and test new content angles
Repurpose content for Instagram Reels (secondary)
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven experience creating TikTok or short-form content
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention
Ability to create content that feels organic, not like an ad
Clean, simple editing (not overproduced)
Strong written English (for hooks and captions)
Fast turnaround and consistency
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Study TikTok and understand what makes content go viral
Think in terms of emotion, curiosity, and storytelling
Can look at a product and instantly think of 5 content ideas
Have experience with eCommerce or product-based brands
Care about performance, not just completing tasks

You only follow instructions and don’t bring ideas
Your style is overly polished or “ad-like”
You don’t understand TikTok culture and pacing
