Social Media Virtual Assistant (Short-Form Content + TikTok Shop)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, creative, and execution-focused Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our social media presence across TikTok, YouTube, and eventually Facebook.

This role is highly hands-on. You will be responsible for posting content daily, sourcing viral clips, editing videos, and helping drive engagement and sales through TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
Post short-form video content daily on TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Source trending/viral clips from the internet and repurpose them
Download, edit, and repost content optimized for each platform
Go live on TikTok Shop to promote products and drive sales
Upload multiple videos per day on YouTube
Assist in scaling content volume and consistency
Use AI tools when needed to create or enhance videos
Follow trends and adapt content strategy quickly
Help manage and grow multiple social media pages
Requirements
Proven experience managing or growing social media accounts
Strong understanding of TikTok and YouTube algorithms
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Ability to identify viral content and replicate trends
Comfortable downloading, editing, and reposting content
Experience (or willingness to learn) TikTok Shop and live selling
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
Fast, reliable internet and ability to work independently
