JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple 6-figure ecommerce businesses and need a skilled customer support representative to manage tickets on ---------- and messages on Facebook.

Duties include:
- Responding to and resolving support tickets in Commslayer
- Answering customer messages on Facebook and moderating comments
- Handling order inquiries, changes, refunds, and returns in Shopify
- Managing customer subscriptions, cancellations, and related requests
- Calling customers when needed to resolve issues
- Monitoring and maintaining our Trustpilot presence, responding to reviews and flagging issues

What we're looking for:
- Excellent English comprehension and writing ability
- Courteous, compassionate, and solution-focused
- Experience with Commslayer or similar helpdesk tools (Gorgias, Freshdesk)
- Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Shopify experience including orders, returns, and subscription management
- Facebook/Social Media experience
- Trustpilot experience is a plus
