Growth Ecommerce Strategist

We’re hiring a Growth Operator to own performance across our client accounts. This is not a passive role, you’ll actively monitor results, fix issues fast, coach tea ---------- mbers, and build strong client relationships.

Your mission: ensure clients consistently hit new customer revenue targets with efficiency.

What Success Looks Like:
- Every account hits its AMER % target monthly across paid search & social
- You understand performance down to cost per outbound click and conversion rates and improve them
- Clients feel like they have a real partner, not just an agency
- You identify and fix problems early, no surprises

Requirements:
- 3+ years managing paid ads (Google, Meta preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS)
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts
- Experience leading or mentoring tea ---------- mbers
- Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
- Highly proactive and accountable (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
