Role Overview
You will support our litigation team with scheduling, document organization, and case management tasks. This is a detail-heavy role that requires strong English communication skills and excellent organizational habits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
-Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel
-Ensure all parties are informed and aligned
Client coordination
-Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding scheduling
Document organization in Filevine (FV)
-Organize incoming discovery and case documents into proper folders
-Maintain clean, consistent file structures
Calendaring and deadline tracking in Filevine
-Enter and track discovery deadlines in the discovery tab
-Calendar Notices of Deposition (NODs), both incoming and outgoing
-Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all entries
Requirements
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
-Highly organized and process-driven
-Experience with legal work or U.S. law firms is a strong plus
-Experience with Filevine or similar case management software is a plus
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
