Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist (Hospitality Brand)

Kwackers Kitchen & Sports Bar is not looking for a typical Social Media VA.

We are looking for a growth-focused marketing operator who can help turn Kwackers into one of the most recognised and talked-about food brands in Southampton.

This role is about driving attention, engagement, and ultimately customers through content — not just posting on social media.

You will play a key role in building the brand, creating high-performing content, and supporting lead generation for bookings, events, and customer growth.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a business and take ownership of marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish high-quality short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
Develop content that drives engagement, emotion, and footfall
Manage and grow Kwackers’ presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Identify trends and turn them into brand-relevant content
Track performance and optimise content based on results
Update and manage WordPress website (blogs, landing pages, events)
Support SEO strategy and keyword-based content creation
Assist in lead generation campaigns (offers, promotions, email capture)
Bring new ideas weekly to improve marketing performance

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Proven track record of growing social media accounts (must provide evidence)
Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
Experience creating viral or high-performing content
Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress
Strong written English and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Working Hours & Pay:
Starting at 20 hours per week (increasing to full-time based on performance)
