Hiring Freelance Sales Closers — Premium Concierge & Tours
We're a concierge, tours, and premium services company catering to international hotel guests, and we're expanding our sales team. We need hungry closers ready to convert warm leads into paying clients.
What you'll do:
You don't need to find leads — we deliver them to you. Your job is to close:

Call and engage international guests interested in our services.
Send quotes and personalized estimates.
Cross-sell tours, experiences, and additional services.
Generate invoices and manage payment collection.
Track everything in our CRM until the deal is closed.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or premium services, with real closing ability and a commercial mindset.
Fluent English (C1 minimum) AND Spanish — you must be able to communicate confidently with international clients in both languages, by call and message. This is non-negotiable.
Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Go High Level, or similar (pipeline management and lead follow-up).
Basic Excel skills for sales tracking, reporting, and goal monitoring.
High energy, charisma, and a natural ability to connect with clients and inspire trust from the first interaction.
